Bought the door edge guards from hondaparts.com (silver, part #552308, $39.93). Seems rather expensive for six bits of painted metal, but the fit is excellent, and the color matching is perfect. I did go ahead and use the cutting tool to trim back the "hem sealant" and touch-up paint (Sebring Silver Metallic, #NH552M, $4.39 from the dealership) to hide the white sealant. I used a rubber mallet to tap the pieces into place, but they were easy enough to push on, you could probably skip the mallet.
