Tillman (Tilghman) Genealogy

This is my mother's line, which goes back through kings of England and France to Charlemagne. Two lines of Tilghmans came to North America in the early 17th century. Both of the emigrating Tilghman lines can trace links to the Royal Family of England through Anna Pandreth Sanders, who married Christopher Tilghman I.

As taken from the Britannical Encyclopedia, here is the line from (I) Ceamlin, First Christian Settler of England. According to the quoted source from Ceamlin came the name of England. He came from Angeland, border between the Keil Canal and present Denmark and lived about the year 100 A.D.
